Licensure and Certifications
  • State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist .
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Essential Skills
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Outstanding communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Flexibility in adapting therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices.
What We Offer
  • Attractive compensation reflective of experience.
  • Flexible scheduling accommodating work-life balance and diverse patient needs.
  • Specialization opportunities in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric care.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.

A Journey That Enriches You - and Those You Serve

In this pivotal role, you will do more than provide speech therapy - you will become an integral part of a community-centered mission to help restore voices, foster communication, and create beautiful moments through the fundamental human gestures of interaction and understanding.

Embrace collaboration within a team that treats each other as family, functioning in a culture of partnership instead of competition. Every patient you meet is a story waiting to be told, and we trust you to help direct how that narrative unfolds.
