What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services independently within a team setting
• Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
• Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment

What You Need:

Required:

• Vermont State Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1 year outpatient primary care experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently within licensure standards

Preferred:

• Experience in a team-based outpatient setting
• Bilingual abilities a plus
