Job Summary Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department at a facility. The successful candidate will supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items, develop daily menu items, and work with the Executive Chef to create new menus and assist with ordering. Salary: $60,000 to $65,000. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef with cost control and expenditure management. Assist planning and creating menus. Produce and execute catering events. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team. Preferred Qualifications A.S. or equivalent experience. Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience. Experience in catering, high‑volume complex food‑service, institutional, or batch cooking. Comprehensive knowledge of food, catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food‑cost controls, and presentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, e‑mail, and the Internet.
