MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Some travel may be required for this position. - Assists ALL departments in carrying out project management plan.
- Effectively communicates with Director team to ensure successful and timely project completion.
- Upholds catalog and institutional policies during project implementation.
- Participates in activities that promote the School of EMS, to include student recruiting, student services, and program marketing events, as appropriate.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior work experience in administrative setting is preferred.
- Functional computer literacy is required.
- Functional working knowledge of Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
- Prior experience working in an educational setting (preferably in the office or Registrar and or Bursar) is preferred.
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
- State driver's license required.
- Language Ability: Must exhibit the ability to read, analyze, and interpret education-related material. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures as they relate to teaching certain topics within the EMS curriculum.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in different formats. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in the use of audio-visual equipment.
