We're a growing hospitality group looking for a hands-on HR Manager to own the people function across our venues including building the systems and standards that let our teams do their best work.
Responsibilities:- Own HR compliance, including labor law, wage-and-hour, and workplace policy across multiple entities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across all venues: recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Administer payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and PTO tracking
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
- Partner with venue managers on staffing plans, scheduling standards, and performance management
- Develop and maintain consistent HR policies, handbooks, and training across locations
- Support the opening of new venues, including staffing ramp-up and onboarding at scale
