Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform your individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and continuously assess patient progress, employing evidence-based strategies and interventions tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical information in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all administrative duties are carried out efficiently.

• Collaborate with patients to create comprehensive treatment plans that consider their cultural background, special needs, and desired outcomes, adjusting techniques as necessary for optimal effectiveness.

• Facilitate referrals and connect patients with additional healthcare providers or community resources when needed to enhance their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals seeking mental health support across various demographics, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensed status as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health care methodologies, including treatment practices informed by the aging process, human development stages, and cultural considerations.

• At least six months to one year of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
