Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active GaPSC Teaching Educator Certification with Special Education General Curriculum endorsement
• Experience in elementary special education classrooms, particularly in inclusion settings
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple professional teams
• Strong commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized instruction and classroom support to approximately 8-9 students with varied learning needs
• Work full-time (37.5 hours per week), following the school schedule from August 3rd, 2026 through May 21st, 2027, with potential additional pre/post planning days
• Collaborate closely with two dynamic staff teams to develop, implement, and assess IEP goals and educational plans
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting student growth and independence
• Participate in ongoing professional development and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving student needs
