Job Summary

We aim to create an unparalleled dining experience across four distinct venues with exceptional food, innovative beverages, and impeccable service offered from morning through late night. Our spaces are designed for every kind of gathering- from breakfast meetings to solo coffee at the bar, from weekend brunches to lively dinners at communal tables, and winding down with a nightcap in a quiet corner. Job Summary

?? ?A management role, the Executive Pastry Sous Chef must understand and nurture the company core values and F&B program. ? ?? ?Assist with development and implementing new recipes, culinary activations, and menu items in collaboration with the Executive Pastry Chef

?? ?Work with Pastry Sous Chefs to direct production and on-site execution of new recipes?? ?Facilitate and conduct training with Pastry Sous Chefs as needed with BOH teams

?? ?Works collaboratively with the Executive Pastry Chef to maintain quality control and standards of production.? ?? ?Supports special projects when needed with projects including but not limited to: ?(tasting, high-level production, media requests, promotions, and photo shoots)?? ?Be familiar with and help maintain all safety standards, safe food preparation practices, and emergency preparedness requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the pastry team in daily production and service execution
• Assist the Executive Pastry Chef with menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all pastry items
• Oversee production schedules, inventory, ordering, and waste control
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members while maintaining a positive kitchen culture
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and food handling standards in compliance with regulations
• Support catering, special events, and high-volume production operations
• Help manage labor efficiency and maintain smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
