Recruiting Associate

We are looking for a Recruiting Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join my client's People team as the operational backbone of a fast-scaling AI company. You'll be a driven, organised generalist who thrives in chaos, keeps candidates moving through the pipeline, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks — all while helping build recruiting infrastructure from scratch at a Series B company used by over 1M developers. What will you be doing? Coordinating all candidates in process across internal recruiters and external search firms — ensuring everything is tracked and updated in Ashby Driving adoption and usage of Ashby as the ATS: getting feedback logged, candidates entered, and next steps documented Covering inbound candidate pipelines across multiple roles — screening and passing along qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers Managing the in-office candidate experience when interviewees visit the NYC office (greeting, logistics, hospitality) Handling light office coordination responsibilities — snack orders, maintenance issues, greeting new hires on day one Key Requirements Exceptionally organised — able to manage many concurrent searches and coordination tasks without dropping balls Outgoing and professional — comfortable interfacing with candidates, executives, and external partners with a hospitality-like demeanour. Experience at a fast-scaling startup or small company where you operated with minimal infrastructure and direction.
