Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and delivering individual, group, and family therapy aimed at addressing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, coordinating with family members and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support.

• Utilize evidence-based practices for brief screening assessments and facilitate access to necessary services, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts as needed, providing immediate and compassionate support to clients in distress.
\n
• Track client progress and ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation, including reports and data submissions for program assessment and improvement.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, remaining available for immediate client needs.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in committees aimed at improving agency service delivery and adhering to quality improvement protocols.

The LCSW will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, with a valid LCSW license in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and experience with integrated care teams.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or work with under-served populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
