Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary tasks will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices suitable for groups, families, couples, and individuals.
\n
• Implementing a range of customized therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address clients’ challenges.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance comprehensive client care and ensure all aspects of their mental health are being addressed.

• Maintaining precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in alignment with legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. This role will require cultural sensitivity and an understanding of how to address unique needs across different populations. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in a therapeutic environment.

• A solid comprehension of legal and ethical counseling standards to uphold the integrity of practice.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
