Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional wellness, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances, including setting measurable outcomes and adjusting strategies as required.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy sessions, according to best practices and clinical guidelines.

• Closely monitor client progress, maintaining detailed records and documentation, while making timely adjustments to treatment approaches when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients during acute distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records while adhering to all legal, ethical, and privacy standards to protect clients' sensitive information.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery and optimal client outcomes.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment and therapeutic techniques by participating in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to receive feedback on clinical practices and enhance your skills through constructive review.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele navigating a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement for this role is three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting, candidates with experience in telehealth practices or those who have specialized in trauma-informed care will be viewed favorably. Experience in community health settings is also advantageous and will enhance your ability to cater to our clients’ particular needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
