Whether you are early in your career or looking to expand your clinical skills, our experienced team provides training and mentorship to support your professional growth.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMRotating weekend coverage approximately once every four weeksOccasional holiday or extended-hour support as neededWhat You'll DoAs a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play an important role in supporting physicians, nurses, and patients throughout the fertility treatment journey. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional patient service while ensuring clinical operations run efficiently and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport providers during examinations, treatments, and office-based proceduresPerform venipuncture and collect blood specimens following established protocolsAssist with patient intake, preparation, and clinical flow throughout the dayDocument ultrasound findings, physician observations, and treatment information within electronic medical recordsServe as a chaperone during ultrasound appointments when neededCollect, label, process, and prepare laboratory specimens for internal and external testingCommunicate laboratory results and documentation to providers for reviewMaintain exam rooms, medical equipment, and treatment areas according to infection-control standardsEnsure procedure and exam rooms remain clean, organized, and appropriately stockedMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of clinical suppliesEducate patients about upcoming appointments and procedures while providing reassurance and support throughout their care experienceAdhere to clinic policies, patient confidentiality standards, and safety proceduresQualificationsRequiredCompletion of a recognized Phlebotomy Training ProgramCurrent Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) certificationAt least 6 months of experience in a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work occasional weekends, holidays, and schedule adjustments as neededPreferredGraduation from a Medical Assistant training programPrevious experience in women's health, OB/GYN, fertility, or reproductive healthcareFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsTechnical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and ExcelAbility to learn and navigate healthcare software and EMR platformsStrong attention to detail when documenting patient information and clinical dataWhy Join IVI RMA North America?Hands-on experience in a highly specialized healthcare environmentOpportunity to work alongside experienced fertility and women's health professionalsSupportive team culture focused on collaboration and patient-centered careTraining and development opportunities for entry-level healthcare professionalsMeaningful work helping patients navigate their family-building journeyIf you're passionate about patient care and looking to grow your skills in reproductive medicine, we'd love to hear from you.
