Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, relationship counseling, individual therapy sessions, and family-focused interventions to support holistic healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client care and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
