This position will be conducted onsite in a home care setting within the vibrant community of Tallahassee, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Implement effective treatment strategies that align with the latest orthopedic practices and techniques.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, injury prevention techniques, and effective home exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals recovering from surgery or injury. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
