LHH is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy real estate practice handling predominantly residential transactions with occasional commercial matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
• Draft, review, and coordinate closing documents and transaction-related materials
• Serve as a liaison among clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and other parties to facilitate successful closings
• Coordinate closing timelines and monitor critical transaction deadlines
• Obtain and review title commitments, surveys, payoff statements, and due diligence documents
• Prepare, assemble, and organize closing binders and post-closing documentation
• Create and maintain closing checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of all required documents
• Assist with recording documents and handling post-closing matters
• Maintain organized electronic and physical transaction files
• Provide administrative and transactional support to attorneys and legal staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous law firm experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting residential real estate transactions
• Exposure to commercial real estate matters is a plus
• Working knowledge of the real estate closing process and related documentation
• Experience preparing and assembling closing binders for transactions
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team

Anticipated salary range: $65K to $90K

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
