Private practice seeking an EXPERIENCED Dental Receptionist for a part time position that is needed to fill as soon as possible.
Please apply ONLY if you have the experience needed to fill the position. Family and friendly oriented office with loyal staff and patient base.
We are a wonderful family and patient centered growing practice.
We utilize Dentrix dental software. Receptionist needs to be proficient with dental insurance and treatment plan presentation.
Family private dental practice in business for 20 years.
The pay is competitive with benefits.

Dental Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
- Be proficient in dental insurance verfication
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming appointments
- Manage patient records, update information, and file paperwork
- Collect payments for services rendered and file insurance claims
- Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries and provide information as needed
