Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and observational techniques to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client, tracking progress through structured metrics.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to your clients' specific challenges.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and therapeutic strategies for clients in acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
