Turning Leaf Residential Rehabilitation Services is a CARF accredited behavioral health treatment provider dedicated to supporting adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities. The Clinical Director / Program Administrator is responsible for the oversight and leadership of all case managers and clinical team members, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation, treatment planning, and state/licensing regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with proven leadership and administrative skills. An active RN license is highly preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinical department, including case managers, and clinical team.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of clinical charts, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Oversee program compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the DRO/DO and leadership team to align clinical services with organizational goals.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical team members.
• Review, audit, and ensure accuracy of records to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle escalated clinical concerns and provide guidance on complex client cases.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field (required).
• Active RN license in Michigan (preferred, but not required).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting, including supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health regulations, charting requirements, and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
