Multifamily Service ManagerJob Title Multifamily Service ManagerPosition Summary LSA Management seeks an experienced Multifamily Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise service teams, oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage property assets across apartment communities.Why Join LSA Management Growing portfolio, leadership development, competitive compensation and benefits, regional career opportunities, and advancement into Regional Service Manager leadership roles.Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance staff; oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs; manage budgets and vendors; ensure work order completion; support capital projects; maintain safety and regulatory compliance; participate in resident retention initiatives.Required Qualifications EPA Certification (Universal preferred); valid driver license; 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience; 2+ years supervisory experience; strong HVAC troubleshooting skills; team leadership experience.Preferred Qualifications CAMT Certification, CPO Certification, HVAC trade certification, Yardi/Entrata/RealPage experience, renovation and capital project experience.Success Profile Strong leadership, budgeting expertise, vendor management, resident service focus, operational excellence, preventive maintenance knowledge, and career-growth mindset.Applicant Evaluation Criteria Multifamily maintenance leadership, EPA certification, HVAC expertise, team-management experience, budgeting knowledge, vendor oversight, and customer-service orientation.Keywords Multifamily Service Manager, Maintenance Manager, Apartment Maintenance Manager, Service Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, EPA Universal, HVAC, Property Management, Vendor Management, Capital Projects, Apartment Maintenance, Facilities Management.
