Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual meetings, involving psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to the individual's needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies and coordinate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries comply with organization policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health management, equipping them with vital resources to navigate challenges effectively.

• Engage in collaborative care with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

• Regularly assess treatment efficacy by conducting outcome assessments and refining treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
