Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, addressing the mental health needs of geriatric clients.

• Mentor junior staff as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices related to geriatric mental health.

• Support the organization's accreditation and licensing processes by participating in required audits and compliance reviews.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with older adults who may be experiencing challenges such as grief, anxiety, depression, and cognitive decline. Your expertise will enable you to provide culturally competent care that recognizes the unique life experiences and needs of each senior client. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
