Recruiting Coordinator

Job Title
The coordinator will collaborate with the firm's recruiters and play an active role in all aspects of the recruitment process. Responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring candidate interviews and helping facilitate various ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed.
We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in any field of study. Prior experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are essential. Keen attention to detail and project management skills, as well as sound judgment, are required. Service-oriented individuals who adapt quickly and collaborate effectively will excel in this role.
