JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Perform routine accounting work in the accounts payable function. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for all aspects of AP Three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and receiving documents Coding of invoices Interact with outside vendors including checking status on statements and ensuring invoices are paid on time Interact with internal resources to get approvals and check status of invoices Cutting checks and mailing them out in a timely fashion Other duties may be assigned, as needed or requiredQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
3+ years of accounts payable experience Independent problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Detail oriented and highly organized Effective verbal and written communication skills Previous SAP experience and OpenText a plusSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
