As a fully supported counselor within our network, you will have access to a full caseload within just two weeks of onboarding, enabling you to focus on client care without the burden of extensive administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, creating a comfortable and confidential environment.

• Encouraging clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, facilitating self-discovery and personal growth.

• Acting as an advocate for your clients, helping them define and achieve their mental health goals.

• Evaluating clients' mental health conditions and developing evidence-based treatment plans using a client-centered, solution-focused approach.

• Staying informed about your clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license issued by a state board (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional evaluation, decision-making, and treatment planning skills.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to support a diverse client population.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
