Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing their specific emotional and mental health needs through virtual sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused techniques in creating personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and positive change.

• Participate in regular team discussions and family care meetings with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client support and share valuable insights on treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the stressors associated with family dynamics. You will work with clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring that cultural competency and sensitivity inform your therapeutic approach. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted California LMFT license, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting working with couples, families, or children.

• Proficient understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards, especially in relation to patient records and treatment plans.

• A Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline.

• Experience working with children, families, and various mental health challenges for at least one year.

Compensation and Benefits\n
