Job Description
Join Our Team as a CVICU Nurse!

Job Description:


- Exciting Night Shift: Work 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.


- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience; 1.5 years can be considered with prior large facility experience.
- Active CA RN License.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- Flu Vaccination Required: No exemptions.

- Work Environment:
- Diverse diagnoses: Valves, CABGs, TAVRs, STEMIs, and IABP with a new ECMO program.
- Procedures include placing central lines, a-lines, SG catheter, CRRT, and chest tubes.
- Utilization of advanced equipment such as Level 1 rapid infuser and Alaris IV Pumps.

- Schedule Flexibility:
- Weekend commitment: Every other weekend.
- Floating required to Burn or MS ICU or telemetry.

- Additional Details:
- No on-call requirements.
- Submission needs 2 supervisory references from within the last year.
- Must work 3 out of 5 holidays.

- Key Skills:
- Arterial line management, blood product administration, ventilator management, central line care, and care of patients on ECMO.

- Collaborative Work Culture:
