Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Go-To-Market (GTM) team in Singapore. In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you will own the full sales cycle, helping technical engineering divisions at cutting-edge enterprise companies discover, evaluate, and scale their implementations of LangChain's commercial products. You will act as the primary connective tissue between regional technical decision-makers and our core US-based product layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the end-to-end commercial lifecycle from initial inbound lead qualification up to closing complex technical contract terms.
- Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted product consultant to enterprise technical buyers, learning their complex constraints and mapping LangChain solutions to their workflows.
- Proof-of-Concept Strategy: Orchestrate detailed Proof-of-Concept (PoC) iterations alongside internal Sales Engineers and Product experts to highlight tangible ecosystem value.
- Contract Governance: Lead commercial pricing negotiations, structure enterprise deal parameters, and collaborate with legal counsels to systematically redline software contracts.
- Field Feedback Integration: Distill regional customer usage insights and feature blockers back into product design and engineering channels to inform our global product roadmap.
- Playbook Development: Provide strategic inputs to iterate on and build out our early-stage international B2B software sales playbook.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of verifiable experience selling complex, deeply technical developer tools or infrastructure software to major enterprise clients.
- Strong technical acumen with a proven capability to establish deep domain credibility with CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering Leads.
- Demonstrated relationship mechanics built on customer empathy, active listening, and technical storytelling.
- Comfort operating autonomously inside fast-paced, unstructured, and rapidly iterating startup ecosystems.
- Deep passion for Generative AI, LLM application engineering, and autonomous agent infrastructures.
- Location Context: Fully remote setup, but candidates must be explicitly located and authorized to work within Singapore .
