The Job Description As a Sales Representative, you will build, train, and manage your sales team. Your success depends on your team's results. Your sales team will be the ones who have calls with prospective students and get them to sign up for our courses. Your Job Duties Interview and hire reps through your own Calendly (you set your own availablity), then onboard them with a DocuSign agreement. Train reps on the sales process below and hold them to a 30% signup rate on scheduled calls of prospective student leads. Create a tracking spreadsheet for each rep (calls, texts, results, signups) and make sure it stays updated. Confirm signups in Teachable and match each student to their rep. Text and book calls with leads who didn't schedule. How your team signs up students Your team of Sales Reps will text to confirm the call (which the student will schedule on their own), then sends the free preview (first chapter of every course) to the student. Rep runs a 10-20 minute call and explains the offer: $49/week for the first month, then $25/week, with all 13 business courses and the powerful ChatGPT model advisor included. Interested prospects get an invite‑only access code that expires permanently if unused. The student registers on Teachable and gets an email with their AI advisor login. Rep follows up with personal texts and explains the one‑year benefits: one‑on‑one access to a top professor or founder (limited spots) and a more powerful AI model. Compensation Commission-only. $25/month recurring for every student your team signs up, for as long as they stay subscribed. Starting January 2027, we plan to launch a premium tier with a personal, highly experienced business advisor, and your commission on premium students increases to $100/month each. Paid daily but only 14 days after each transaction processes. Earning potential We expect to generate about 100 new leads of interested students per day, so your team will have a steady flow of calls from the start. Example commissions potential: if your team signs up 500 students who stay subscribed, you earn $12,500 every month. Requirements At least 20 hours per week.
