Compensation and Benefits Manager

Position Summary This role oversees the Compensation and Benefits functions at Modine, reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, supporting recruitment, and managing daily compensation and benefits activities. The position is hybrid, based in the Southeast Wisconsin area with one day in the office. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs and U.S. health and welfare programs. Analyze labor market data to benchmark internal compensation against comparable businesses. Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy, practices, and job evaluations. Oversee salary planning, including manager training, audits, pay‑equity analysis, and executive summaries. Perform ad‑hoc analytics to support business decisions. Recommend changes to employee incentives and benefits, such as retirement plans or insurance coverage. Conduct market benchmarking and partner with brokers to maintain competitive U.S. and international benefit programs. Administer annual benefit programs and enrollment processes, assist in internal and external audits, and conduct discrimination testing. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA). Manage complex leave administration and other benefits issues. Develop communications to promote participation and utilization of benefit programs. Handle confidential employee and managerial business with discretion. Support salary PTO accrual reporting. Assist other human resources functions as needed. Required Education & Qualifications Prior executive compensation and stock administration experience. Strong Excel skills required. Excellent communication and influence skills at all organizational levels. Ability to thrive in a time‑sensitive, fast‑paced environment. Strategic and tactical pivoting ability. Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module or similar HRIS platform. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree.
