About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the drive to achieve personal and professional success. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, build relationships, and help drive business growth through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results
- Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers by phone
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and common business applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, particularly in a phone-based sales environment
- Experience with prospecting and lead generation
- Strong cold-calling skills
- Effective follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing and nurturing sales leads throughout the sales process
