Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Georgia, United States, with a mix of in-office, in-the-field, and work-from-home activities. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy, sell, and lease properties by conducting market research, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding clients through showings and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining client relationships, hosting open houses, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals. The agent will prepare contracts and other real estate documents, ensure compliance with state and local regulations, and use brokerage-provided technology and marketing tools to manage transactions. The role requires consistent communication with clients, timely follow-up, and active participation in team meetings and ongoing training. Qualifications Current Real Estate License in the state of Georgia and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles, or the ability to obtain a Georgia Real Estate License. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation in a client-centric environment. Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients. Ability to use real estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, and basic office software to manage listings and transactions. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple clients and deadlines. Willingness to attend training, coaching, and networking events to continuously improve real estate knowledge and performance. Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
