Role Description The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers, sellers, and renters, providing guidance through property searches, listing presentations, showings, and negotiations. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role involves maintaining accurate transaction records, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with a diverse team across multiple offices. The Real Estate Agent is expected to deliver high-quality customer service, build long-term client relationships, and represent Brooklyn Real Property’s values in the community. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build trusting client relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills and experience with Real Property transactions. Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of the Brooklyn real estate market, proficiency in multiple languages, and experience working with diverse communities. Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills are preferred, along with comfort using digital tools, MLS systems, and CRM platforms.
