Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, ensuring accurate understanding of their individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals, preferences, and unique values.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), selecting techniques based on each client's specific challenges.

• Educate both clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance overall mental health.

• Monitor client progress by regularly reviewing treatment plans and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in integrated care practices, collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical providers to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
