Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Caledonia, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather essential data, assess material and labor costs, and develop detailed bid proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in estimating software. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, identifying potential risks, and ensuring estimates align with project goals and budgets.
