Director of Business Development at Hickory Terrace & Santa Fe Terrace Help seniors and their families find the right place to call home while driving occupancy growth across two senior living communities. Competitive Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus move-in incentives Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends Fast hiring process with feedback within 48 hours Supportive team environment where your work makes a difference Territory: This position supports both Hickory Terrace and Santa Fe Terrace. Time will be split between communities based on business needs. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between locations approximately 60 miles apart.
