About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead its HR function in a strategic and hands-on capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the people strategy with business objectives across a decentralized, multi-entity environment. This role involves leading a team of HR professionals and driving initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, compensation and benefits, organizational design, workforce planning, DEI, performance management, and HR compliance. The VPHR will also play a key role in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and post-close support, and must be a trusted advisor to the CEO on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture. Applicants for the VPHR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 8 years in senior executive roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading HR strategy in complex, decentralized, and rapidly growing organizations, with a focus on M&A integration. Key competencies include strategic thinking, business acumen, executive leadership, organizational development, and technical expertise in HR operations. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, a data-driven approach, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
