Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's condition to establish individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities, specifically targeting musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
• Continuously assess patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in patient education, providing clear guidance and motivation to enhance adherence to treatment plans.
• Develop wellness and fitness programs that incorporate strength training, flexibility exercises, and balance techniques catered to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and nutritionists to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
