Cardiac Device RN - Outpatient Tilley Device Clinic

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No on-call or weekend requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Device RN to join our outpatient Tilley Device clinic. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders, working independently with adult cardiac patients who have implanted monitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implantation and monitoring of cardiac rhythm management devices.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their cardiac devices.
• Document patient interactions and device performance using EPIC.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure a high standard of care is maintained.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology.
• Experience with EPIC software in the last two years.
