Chief Operating Officer | VP of Operations | Director of Operations - TITLE FLEXIBILITY depending on experience Our client, a well-established and highly respected wealth management firm, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to help lead the next phase of its growth. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on broad ownership, enjoys building and scaling teams, and is passionate about helping advisors and clients succeed. What You'll Do: Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing wealth management firm Partner closely with firm leadership to execute strategic initiatives and drive growth Coach, mentor, and hold advisors and staff accountable to performance goals Oversee operations, recruiting, advisor development, technology, marketing, and client experience Build scalable processes and help shape the firm's long-term vision What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required Background in wealth management or financial services 4–6+ years of leadership/people management experience with a proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable Strong operational and strategic leadership skills Series 7, Series 65/66 (or willingness to obtain), Series 24, and Life & Annuity license (or willingness to obtain) Highlights STRONG base range + bonus opportunity ($$ AND title depends on experience) Join a 35+ year established firm with $1B+ in assets under management/advisement High-visibility leadership role with direct ownership Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across operations, advisor growth, recruiting, and firm strategy Hybrid/remote flexibility for the right candidate Minimal travel (approximately two conferences per year) If you're a collaborative leader who enjoys building teams, driving accountability, and helping a successful firm continue to scale, we'd love to connect.
