Location: Hybrid remote/in-office- must be in ATL office 3 days/week

Role Overview: This role serves as an internal events consultant, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to divisional event planners across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep event planning expertise and a consultative mindset to help teams execute smarter, more effective events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end event intake process, serving as the first point of contact for divisional event requests
• Provide consulting and guidance across approximately 330 divisional events annually, with a focus on event concepting, budget development, technology solutions, and safety and security prioritization
• Plan and produce vendor showcases and divisional training programs
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify event planning processes across the organization
• Support planning for additional events as needed

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of event planning experience, with a strong track record in complex, large-scale environments
• Client-facing experience in a corporate setting, with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative working style
• Strong knowledge of event technology platforms and industry best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Willing to go into the office at the Atlanta airport 3 days/week (remote the other 2)
