Job Description Job Description TLC Solutions of Florida – “Moving You Forward” This role is for someone who can get out in the field, build real relationships, and help keep our business flowing — both on the front end (marketing) and the back end (getting us paid). WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT During marketing events You’ll have the freedom of the road + the responsibility of the office. Out in the field building connections with hospitals & facilities Dropping off marketing materials and growing relationships Then using your downtime to follow up, send emails, make calls, and help with collections You’re not just marketing… you’re helping drive revenue. THIS POSITION INCLUDES Company vehicle provided for work use Mix of field work + office/admin work A role where your effort directly impacts company growth WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Visiting hospitals, rehab centers, and facilities Building and maintaining strong relationships Dropping off marketing materials & representing the company Following up with clients via phone & email Assisting with accounts receivable (invoices, collections, follow-ups) Helping ensure services provided turn into payments received WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We want someone who is driven, professional, and personable. Strong communication skills (must speak English clearly) Confident talking to professionals (doctors, nurses, case managers) Self-motivated — can work independently without being micromanaged Organized & detail-oriented Comfortable making calls and following up on payments Positive attitude & strong work ethic EXPERIENCE Marketing, sales, or healthcare experience is a PLUS Accounts receivable / collections experience is a PLUS No experience?
