Key Responsibilities
- Process 150–300 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain relationships
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Execute 3‑way matching (purchase order, invoice, and receipt)
- Prepare and manage annual 1099s
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with AP procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workload
- Associate’s Degree is a plus
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
