Seeking a Texas Licensed Collection Representative, the fully remote position will manage high-volume calls with consumers regarding past-due medical balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and consistently meet performance metrics in a performance-driven environment. Key responsibilities Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity Successful completion of company collector training program and background checks
