Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular communication with medical practitioners to update them on patient progress, addressing any concerns or problems that arise during treatment.

• Keep meticulous records, including clinical notes and patient progress documentation, in accordance with departmental policies and standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments and appropriate interventions.

• Provide counseling and immediate crisis intervention to clients dealing with emotional and behavioral issues, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.

• Assist in crafting discharge plans that facilitate clients' transitions back to everyday life, coordinating with community services to ensure seamless access to care.

• Consult with clients’ families and support networks to promote understanding of treatment plans and assist with discharge strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals from a vast array of backgrounds, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other behavioral health disorders. Your primary focus will center on creating a safe and trusting environment, enabling clients to openly express their thoughts and feelings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an outpatient mental health setting is necessary to ensure proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
