ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2013 and currently has a small, close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a sales leader after previously serving as a State Farm agent, giving me a strong background in leadership, sales, and team development.

I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri and have proudly called Georgia home since 1999. I enjoy building relationships within the community and creating an environment where both our customers and team members feel supported.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Taryn Reiss - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
