Work Environment\n

As a member of our team, you will work in a remote environment, enabling you to maintain flexibility while delivering support to schools in Arlington, Texas. Our operational hours range from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, and we are open to flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families facing various mental health challenges.

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to gather and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans to address clients’ emotional and social needs, ensuring you utilize evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitating sessions that address cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, tailored to each client’s unique experiences.
\n
• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes rigorously in client records, in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Keeping your caseload organized and ensuring that all case documentation is current and reflective of the services provided.
\n
• Collaborating with educational staff and community resources to maximize support for students and families.
\n
• Engaging in occasional outreach or educational initiatives within schools to promote mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on students and their families, addressing a wide range of behavioral and emotional challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, and familial conflicts. By understanding the unique dynamics of a school-based setting, you will be instrumental in creating an environment that promotes mental well-being and academic success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential from the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of clinical best practices in mental health counseling in a setting that serves diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients, families, and school personnel.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates who have four or more years of experience working in mental health—particularly in school settings or with youth populations—will be highly regarded. Experience in addressing behavioral health issues, such as depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma, is preferred. Familiarity with digital health platforms and teletherapy modalities is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
