Our product is best-in market (we have an 85%+ h2h trial win rate) and used by some of the leading companies in the world./ph3Position Overview:/h3pWere looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book demos and generate new business. This is a critical role as one of our first sales hires, where youll have a direct impact on our growth and success. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with relevant sales internship experience or someone with 1 year of SDR experience./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ullipLead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients, focusing on expanding our reach in the legal tech and enterprise sectors./p/lilipProspecting: Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and other channels to build a solid sales pipeline for the Account Executives./p/lilipInitial Engagement: Conduct discovery conversations to understand the needs of potential clients and convey the value of Ivos product in solving their challenges./p/lilipCollaboration Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a consistent message./p/lilipMarket Insight Gathering: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to effectively position Ivos product./p/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ullipBachelors degree/p/lilipRecent graduate or 1 year of work experience as a SDR/BDR/p/lilipStrong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out to prospects and initiating meaningful conversations./p/lilipSelf-driven and goal-oriented, with the desire to grow in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment./p/lilipQuick learner with a strong interest in technology, AI, and the legal tech space./p/li/ulh3Ivo Might Be a Good Fit for You If You:/h3ullipWould describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful./p/lilipYou have a strong internal sense of urgency.
