About the Role

Line Crewing is looking for an Italian native speaker based in Italy to join our team as a Business Development Partner - Italy.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities in the Italian market by identifying companies that may require qualified manpower and establishing professional relationships with decision-makers.

A particular focus will be placed on maritime companies, ship management companies, ship owners, shipyards and hospitality businesses, while opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, construction and other sectors will also be explored.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential companies and business opportunities in Italy.

Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.

Establish professional communication with companies.

Introduce Line Crewing and our recruitment and manpower supply services.

Communicate with HR, Crewing, Procurement and Management departments.

Identify recruitment requirements and potential cooperation opportunities.

Follow up with prospective clients.

Develop long-term business relationships.

Provide market feedback and information about recruitment needs in Italy.

Requirements

Native Italian speaker.

Currently based in Italy.

Good English communication skills.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Professional approach to B2B communication.

Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, B2B or a related field is an advantage.

Existing business contacts and knowledge of the Italian market are highly appreciated.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
