About the Role

Line Crewing is looking for a Dutch native speaker based in the Netherlands to join our team as a Business Development Partner - Netherlands.

The position will focus on expanding our business network in the Netherlands by identifying potential companies, establishing contact with decision-makers and developing long-term cooperation opportunities for the recruitment and supply of qualified manpower.

The maritime and shipping sector will be one of our key priorities, alongside logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, construction and other industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify companies with current or future recruitment needs.

Research potential clients and decision-makers.

Establish professional contact with companies.

Present Line Crewing and our recruitment services.

Communicate with HR, Crewing, Procurement and Management teams.

Develop new business opportunities.

Follow up with prospective clients.

Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships.

Provide market feedback regarding recruitment requirements in the Netherlands.

Requirements

Native Dutch speaker.

Currently based in the Netherlands.

Good English communication skills.

Strong B2B communication and networking skills.

Professional and confident communication style.

Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment or B2B is an advantage.

Existing professional contacts in the Dutch market are highly appreciated.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
